- The driver must be older than 21 years old, his driver’s license must be type B and must have 2 years of experience.

- Assistance service is offered 24 hour a day,from 8 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock in the afternoon by the telephone number 8337558 and the rest of the day by these telephone numbers: 8803056 and 8806874.
- The client can use as driver as he wants, but always paying $3.00 daily for each of them in order to be insured.
- The cell phone will allow you to have international and national communication and the service will be paid according to the number of phone calls. (It includes all the phone calls)
- The client must pay the tolls and the entry to any cultural, sporting or historical place.
- At places with parking lot it will be given services as restaurant, cafeteria, health cares, electricity, fresh water and the possibility of wasting the garbage in an ecological ditch. It will be given recreational and sporting activities.

- The extra number of passengers and the use of the camper by persons which are not included within the contract implies a punishment, a contract cancellation and in the case of accident, the client could lost the insurance.
- In case of a contract cancellation before the signed date, the client would be charged with the 15% of the total amount of the rent and he must pay the days used by him according to the price rate.
- The lost of the contract implies a punishment of$8.00 USD.
- To extend the contract, the client must communicate the agency offices 24 hours before the final date of the contract. The non-fulfillment of this step implies a punishment.
- The lost of the automobile key implies a punishment of $50.00 USD, if camper is out of the capital, the client must pay the cost of trip.
- If the key is left inside the automobile, the client must pay $30.00 USD and the charges this problem may occur.
